If I See a business with a "No Guns Allowed" sign, is it illegal to carry inside?
No, there is a very specific list pf places you are prohibited to carry by law, a list can be found in our CCW FAQ.
The law states that a business must do two things if they wish to prohibit carrying in their business.
#1 Inform you that they do not wish firearms to be carried on the premises (they can do this with a sign or verbally)
#2 Ask You to leave the premises
You are only breaking the law if you refuse to leave after asked. If carrying concealed it is unlikely that anyone will notice you have a firearm.

Do the address on my Carry permit and Drivers License need to match?
No, however if you change you address you have 30 days to notify your sheriff. Failure to do so is a petty misdemeanor. We recommend that you pay the $10 fee and change the address on your permit so that it matches your drivers license, otherwise many gun shops will not sell you a gun.
